This study looks at different ways to help patients recover after major surgery for advanced pelvic cancer. It aims to find the best methods to reduce problems and improve quality of life using information from hospital records, surveys, and patient interviews.

A Feasibility Study of MRI Guided Stereotactic Ablative Radiotherapy (MIDSECTION)
This study looks at treating abdominal and lung cancers using a new type of radiotherapy machine, called an MR-Linac. It aims to see if this machine can deliver very precise radiation to tumours while better protecting healthy tissues, and how it affects the patient experience.
