Effects of Plasma Exchange with Human Serum Albumin 5% (PE-A 5%) on Short-term Survival in Subjects with Acute-On-Chronic Liver Failure" (ACLF) at High Risk of Hospital Mortality

This study looks at a treatment called plasma exchange with human albumin for people with serious liver problems. We want to see if this treatment helps people live longer and get better, compared to standard care alone.
