A randomized, single-blind trial to evaluate the safety and efficacy of apraglutide in subjects with Grade II to IV (MAGIC) steroid refractory gastrointestinal (GI) acute graft versus host disease on best available therapy.
This study looks at a new drug, apraglutide, for people with a serious gut problem called acute graft versus host disease (aGVHD) that hasn't responded to usual steroid treatment. We want to see how safe it is and if it helps improve their condition.
