Evaluation of Fibroscan® Performance in Diagnosing Acute Heart Failure in Patients Presenting to the Emergency Department
This study is looking at whether a device called Fibroscan® can quickly help doctors diagnose acute heart failure in patients arriving at the emergency department. Fibroscan® is a simple, non-invasive scan that measures liver stiffness, which might show if the heart isn't pumping properly.
