A Novel COMBinATorial Therapy With Albumin and Enoxaparin in Patients With Decompensated Cirrhosis at High-risk of Poor Outcome (COMBAT Trial).
This study is looking at a new combination treatment for people with severe liver disease (cirrhosis) who have recently been in hospital. We want to see if combining two existing medicines, albumin and enoxaparin, is safe and helps improve outcomes after leaving the hospital.

A Novel Extracorporeal Liver Support Therapy In ALCF and to Evaluate the Efficacy of DIALIVE 2.0, a Liver Dialysis Device.
This study is testing a new 'liver dialysis' device called DIALIVE 2.0 for people with serious liver failure. It aims to see if adding this treatment to usual care helps patients more. We're looking for 72 people in the UK with worsening liver cirrhosis to take part.
