Double-blind randomized controlled study versus placebo to evaluate the efficacy of mono-administration of betamethasone in children with symptomatic Adenovirus infection (ADENO-beta)

This study is looking at a medicine called betamethasone to see if it can help children with a common cold-like infection caused by Adenovirus. It compares the medicine to a dummy treatment (placebo) to find out if it quickly brings down fever.
