FAD - Food for ADHD and Depression

This study, called FAD, explores if diet and coaching can improve ADHD symptoms and related low mood. Adults with ADHD and depression symptoms will follow a guided diet for 16 weeks to see if it helps more than another dietary approach. It aims to find new ways to support people.
