A Phase 2 study of durcabtagene autoleucel, B-cell maturation Antigen (BCMA)-directed CAR-T Cells in adult participants with relapsed and refractory multiple myeloma

This study is testing a new cell therapy called durcabtagene autoleucel for adults with multiple myeloma that has come back or isn't responding to other treatments. It aims to see how well the treatment shrinks the cancer and improves patients' health.
