Advanced or metastatic solid tumors with a KRAS-G12C mutation research hub

A Phase 1 Study of the SHP2 Inhibitor BBP-398 (formerly known as IACS-15509) in combination with the KRAS-G12C Inhibitor Sotorasib in Patients with Advanced Solid Tumors and a KRAS-G12C Mutation

This study is testing a new combination of two medicines for people with advanced cancers that have a specific genetic change (called KRAS-G12C). One medicine is new (BBP-398), and it's being given with an existing one (sotorasib) to see if they work better together.
