A Study to Assess Naporafenib (ERAS-254) Administered With Trametinib in Patients With NRAS-mutant Melanoma (SEACRAFT-2)

This study is looking at a new combination of medicines, naporafenib and trametinib, for people with a specific type of advanced melanoma. It aims to see if this combination works better than standard treatments for patients whose melanoma has certain genetic changes and has progressed after other treatments.
