Study BT5528-100 in Patients With Advanced Solid Tumors Associated With EphA2 Expression

This study is testing a new drug, BT5528, for advanced cancers like ovarian, lung, and breast cancer. We want to find a safe dose, understand side effects, and see how well it works, sometimes given with another drug called nivolumab.
