A Randomized Phase 3 Study to Evaluate the Efficacy and Safety of Daratumumab in Combination with Cyclophosphamide, Bortezomib and Dexamethasone (CyBorD) Compared With CyBorD Alone in Newly Diagnosed Systemic AL Amyloidosis

This study is looking at a new way to treat AL amyloidosis, a rare condition where unhealthy proteins build up in your body. It compares a new drug called daratumumab with existing treatments to see if it works better and is safe for people newly diagnosed with the condition.
