Pivotal 2 Study of RGX-314 Gene Therapy in Participants With nAMD
This study is testing a new, one-time gene therapy called ABBV-RGX-314 for wet age-related macular degeneration (wet AMD). It aims to see if this treatment can improve vision and reduce the need for frequent eye injections, compared to the standard treatment, aflibercept (EYLEA®).

Post-market Clinical Investigation of the SING IMT System, Model NG SI IMT 3X in Patients With End-stage Age-related Macular Degeneration
This study looks at a tiny telescope implant (SING IMT) for people with severe age-related macular degeneration (AMD). It aims to see if the implant is safe and helps improve blurry central vision, with patients receiving follow-up care and vision training for 12 months.
