Amputation of Lower Limb Below Knee research hub

REsistance and LOADing Exercise for Bone Health

This study looks at a special exercise programme for men who have lost a lower leg below the knee due to injury, like from military service or accidents. It aims to see if home-based exercises can help make their hip bones stronger, which often become weaker after amputation.
