T-DM1 and Tucatinib Compared With T-DM1 Alone in Preventing Relapses in People With High Risk HER2-Positive Breast Cancer, the CompassHER2 RD Trial
This study looks at two medicines, T-DM1 and tucatinib, to see if combining them is better than T-DM1 alone at stopping high-risk HER2-positive breast cancer from coming back. It focuses on people who still have some cancer cells after their first treatment.

Pembrolizumab vs. Observation in People With Triple-negative Breast Cancer Who Had a Pathologic Complete Response After Chemotherapy Plus Pembrolizumab
This study looks at whether some people with early triple-negative breast cancer who had a good response to initial treatment can skip further immunotherapy after surgery. It compares continuing pembrolizumab with just being watched closely to see if both approaches are equally good at preventing cancer from coming back.
