MIVAR - Milrinone Infusion for VAsospam treatment in subarachnoid hemoRrhage

This study looks at a new treatment called Milrinone for people who have had a bleeding stroke in their brain, called a subarachnoid haemorrhage. It aims to see if Milrinone can help improve recovery three months after the stroke by preventing a problem called vasospasm.
