This study looks at how blood pressure changes during the day and night in people who have a higher chance of developing heart and blood vessel problems, especially those with kidney conditions. We want to understand these patterns better to help doctors give the best possible care.

This study looks at how babies' hearts and arteries work and grow in their first year. We want to see if there are differences in babies born smaller than expected, and to test new ways of measuring heart health in newborn babies.
