Monocentric Pilot Trial evaluating the safety and efficacy of Regorafenib in Arterio-Venous Malformations that are refractory to standard care

This study is testing a medicine called regorafenib for a rare condition called Arterio-Venous Malformations (AVMs). It's for people whose AVMs haven't improved with usual treatments. We want to see if the medicine can make people feel better, reduce their pain, and shrink their AVMs over 12 months.
