Study of Olutasidenib and Temozolomide in HGG
This study is for young people aged 12-39 with a type of brain tumour called high-grade glioma (HGG) that has a specific IDH1 gene change. It tests if a new drug, olutasidenib, combined with standard treatment, can help patients live longer after radiotherapy.
