Unclassified GENotypes of Autoinflammatory Diseases and AA Amyloidosis
This study looks into rare, unexplained inflammatory diseases and a condition called AA amyloidosis. We're testing if certain gene changes cause these illnesses by studying blood and sometimes skin samples. We hope to better understand and diagnose these complex conditions.

This study is collecting blood samples from children and adults with rare autoimmune and autoinflammatory diseases, and their families. This collection will help researchers understand these conditions better and find new ways to diagnose and treat them.

This study looks into whether certain immune cells, called mast cells, play a role in a group of conditions known as autoinflammatory diseases. Researchers will check for signs of mast cell activity in people with these diseases.
