A Trial to Compare Treatment With Surlorian (ARM210, S48168) to Placebo in Effects on Muscle Strength and Safety in Adults With Autosomal Dominant RYR1-related Myopathy
This study is testing a new medicine, Surlorian, for adults with a genetic muscle condition called RYR1-related myopathy. We want to see if it helps improve muscle strength and if it's safe to use. Half the time participants get the real medicine, half the time a dummy medicine.
