Durvalumab or Placebo in Combination With Gemcitabine/Cisplatin in Patients With 1st Line Advanced Biliary Tract Cancer (TOPAZ-1)
This study is looking at a new treatment called Durvalumab for advanced bile duct and gallbladder cancer. It's given alongside standard chemotherapy to see if it helps patients live longer and better. It's for people whose cancer is advanced and hasn't been treated yet, or has come back after a long time.
