Bioequivalence study in healthy volunteers under fasting conditions research hub

Randomized, open-label, single-dose, two-period, cross-over, bioequivalence study comparing Linagliptin 5 mg film-coated tablets (Vipharm S.A.) to Trajenta® 5 mg film-coated tablets (Boehringer Ingelheim) in healthy volunteers under fasting conditions.

This study compares a new diabetes tablet (Linagliptin) with an existing one (Trajenta) in healthy adults. We want to see if the new tablet works just as well. Participants will go without food beforehand and will try both tablets at different times.
