This study looks at a new way to pick the best treatment for advanced breast cancer by checking special bits of cancer DNA in the blood. It compares two drugs, alpelisib and ribociclib, when given with fulvestrant, to see which works better for certain patients.

Trastuzumab Deruxtecan in First-Line HER2-Positive Metastatic Breast Cancer With Proactive Toxicity Management
This study looks at a new drug (Trastuzumab Deruxtecan, T-DXd) for advanced HER2-positive breast cancer that has spread. It combines this drug with Pertuzumab and uses phone apps and devices to help manage side effects and detect problems early.
