This study is testing a new medicine, Gremubamab, for people with a lung condition called bronchiectasis who also have a long-term lung infection caused by bacteria called Pseudomonas aeruginosa. It's comparing the new medicine to a dummy medicine to see if it helps improve their symptoms and health.
