HOVON 127 BL / SAKK 37/16: Phase III study comparing R-CODOX-M/R-IVAC versus dose-adjusted EPOCH-R (DA-EPOCH-R) for patients with newly diagnosed high risk Burkitt lymphoma
This trial is for adults newly diagnosed with high-risk Burkitt lymphoma, a fast-growing blood cancer. It compares two strong chemotherapy treatments: R-CODOX-M/R-IVAC and DA-EPOCH-R. Researchers want to see which treatment works better to keep the cancer away for at least two years while causing fewer side effects.

Substudy 01A: Zilovertamab Vedotin in Pediatric and Young Adult Participants With Hematologic Malignancies or Solid Tumors (MK-9999-01A/LIGHTBEAM-U01)
This study is testing a new drug, Zilovertamab Vedotin, for children and young adults aged 6 months to 25 years with certain blood cancers (like some types of leukaemia and lymphoma) and solid tumours (like neuroblastoma and Ewing sarcoma) that have come back or not responded to previous treatments.

Study of SGR-1505 in Mature B-Cell Neoplasms
