JNJ-90301900 (NBTXR3) Activated by Radiotherapy With or Without Cetuximab in LA-HNSCC

This study looks at a new treatment called JNJ-90301900 (NBTXR3) combined with standard radiation therapy, sometimes with cetuximab, for older patients with advanced head and neck cancer who can't have platinum chemotherapy.
