Efficacy of Pain Intervention With Deep Brain Stimulation Neuromodulation

This study looks at whether Deep Brain Stimulation (DBS) can help adults with severe, long-lasting pain after a stroke, where other treatments haven't worked. It also checks if the treatment is safe. Patients will have DBS surgery and be monitored for about 10 months.
