Nebulised Hypertonic Saline to Decrease Respiratory Exacerbations in Neuromuscular Disease or Neurodisability
This study looks at whether breathing in salty water (hypertonic saline) can help people with certain muscle or brain conditions avoid frequent chest infections. Participants will use a nebuliser twice a day for a year to see if this treatment reduces the need for antibiotics.

Medium to Long Term Outcomes of Selective Dorsal Rhizotomy
This study looks at how children and young people with cerebral palsy are doing several years after having Selective Dorsal Rhizotomy (SDR) surgery. We want to understand the long-term effects of the surgery on their daily lives and their families. Participants will complete surveys and have some hospital tests.

This study compares two treatments, an a baclofen pump and a special surgery, for stiffness in children with cerebral palsy who can't walk. It looks at how care for the child changes over the first year.
