Comparison of LLETZ Versus LEEP for the Treatment of Cervical Dysplasia
This study compares two common methods, LLETZ and LEEP, used to treat abnormal cells in the cervix that could lead to cancer. We want to see which method is better at removing all the abnormal cells while causing fewer risks, especially for women who might want to have children later.

Screening for Anal Cancer in Women With High-grade Vulvar Dysplasia or Vulvar Cancer.
This study looks at whether women over 40 with certain vulvar conditions are at higher risk for anal cancer. It aims to see if regular anal screening, like a Pap test for the bottom, could help find and treat problems early in this group.
