EFFICACY OF USUAL MANAGEMENT BY LOCAL ANESTHETIC INFILTRATION IN THE TREATMENT OF CHRONIC IDIOPATHIC ANO-PERINEAL PAIN: A RANDOMIZED DOUBLE-BLIND -CONTROLLED TRIAL

This study is testing if injections of a local anaesthetic drug provide better pain relief for ongoing lower back and bottom pain compared to a salt water injection. We want to see if the anaesthetic can reduce pain significantly after one month.
