This study is testing a new medicine, briquilimab, for adults with chronic inducible urticaria (CIndU) – a type of chronic hives. We want to see if it's safe, how it works in the body, and if it helps reduce symptoms when other medicines haven't worked.

A Study to Investigate Efficacy, Safety, and Tolerability of Remibrutinib Compared With Placebo in Adults With CINDU Inadequately Controlled by H1-antihistamines
This study is testing a new medicine, remibrutinib, for adults with a type of chronic (long-lasting) hives that hasn't improved with usual antihistamine tablets. It will check if the medicine works, is safe, and is well-tolerated. Some people will receive a dummy treatment (placebo) at first.
