- ongoing, recruitingTherapeutic confirmatory (Phase III)
A phase IIIb, multi-center, open-label, treatment optimization study of oral asciminib in patients with Chronic Myelogenous Leukemia in chronic phase (CMLCP) previously treated with 2 or more tyrosine kinase inhibitors
This study is looking at a new way to use an existing medicine called asciminib for people with a type of blood cancer called Chronic Myelogenous Leukemia (CML). It's for patients who have already tried two or more other CML treatments. The main goal is to see how well asciminib works to control the cancer.

A phase 2, multi-center, open-label, randomized study of oral asciminib added to imatinib versus continued imatinib versus switch to nilotinib in patients with CML-CP who have been previously treated with imatinib and have not achieved deep molecular response
This study looks at new treatments for a type of blood cancer called Chronic Myeloid Leukaemia (CML). It compares a new drug, asciminib (Scemblix), with existing treatments (imatinib or nilotinib) in people whose CML hasn't fully responded to imatinib yet. The main goal is to see which treatment helps more people achieve a very low level of cancer cells.
