Imatinib Mesylate or Dasatinib in Treating Patients With Previously Untreated Chronic Phase Chronic Myelogenous Leukemia

This study looks at two medicines, imatinib and dasatinib, for people with a type of blood cancer called chronic myeloid leukaemia (CML) who haven't been treated before. It aims to see which medicine works best at different doses.
