Cytomegalovirus Prophylaxis with Letermovir in Heart Transplant Recipients: A Non-randomized Cohort Pilot Study

This study looks at a new medicine called PREVYMIS in people who have had a heart transplant. It's to see how well it prevents a common infection called Cytomegalovirus (CMV) after their surgery. We want to find out how many people get CMV and if the medicine causes any side effects.
