Local Antibiotic Delivery for Community Acquired Pneumonia (LANDCAP 2)
This study is looking at new ways to treat pneumonia, a serious chest infection. We want to see if delivering antibiotics directly to the lungs, or using different antibiotics, helps people recover faster and spend less time in hospital. It's a key step in finding better treatments.

Efficacy and Safety of Trimodulin (BT588) in Subjects With Severe Community-acquired Pneumonia (sCAP)
This study is testing a new medicine, Trimodulin, for severe lung infection (pneumonia) in hospital. It will compare Trimodulin to a dummy medicine to see if it makes people better and is safe when used with usual treatments.
