Intravascular Ultrasound Guidance for Complex High-risk Indicated Procedures

This study compares two ways to guide heart stent procedures for people with complex blockages. It looks at whether using a special ultrasound (IVUS) inside the heart's arteries works better than standard X-ray (angiography) to improve long-term results and reduce future heart problems.
