This study is testing a new device, the QIAstat-Dx, designed to quickly identify germs causing complicated urine infections (cUTIs) and check if they are resistant to common antibiotics. The aim is to make sure the device works reliably and is safe for healthcare staff to use.

This study is testing a new combination antibiotic treatment (Aztreonam and Avibactam, sometimes with Metronidazole) for serious bacterial infections in babies up to 9 months old. It aims to see how the medicines work in their bodies and if they are safe.
