PNOC029_Tovorafenib for the treatment of newly diagnosed or recurrent craniopharyngioma in children and young adults
This study is testing a new medicine called Tovorafenib for children and young adults with a brain tumour called craniopharyngioma. We want to see if it stops the tumour from growing and how it affects their quality of life over 12 months.

SEMAFORCRANIO : Multicenter, double-blind, parallel, randomized controlled trial of the efficacy of semaglutide in hypothalamic obesity secondary to craniopharyngioma in children aged 12 to 17 years
This study looks at whether the medicine semaglutide can help children aged 12-17 with weight gain caused by a brain tumour called craniopharyngioma. We want to see if it helps manage their weight compared to a dummy medicine over 40 weeks.
