This study looks at adding a drug called ketamine to usual care for very sick patients in intensive care who need help breathing. It aims to see if ketamine is safe and helpful, potentially reducing how long patients need a breathing machine and improving their recovery.

Effects of Donor-recipient Sex-matched Blood Transfusion on Patient Outcomes
This study is looking at whether giving critically ill patients blood from a donor of the same sex (male to male, female to female) improves their survival compared to getting blood from a donor of a different sex. It's a key step to see if we can make blood transfusions even safer and more effective.
