LEISURE : Lenalidomide vs methotrexate in difficult-to-treat cutaneous lupus erythematosus (LEISURE trial): An assessor-blinded randomized clinical trial
This study, called LEISURE, is looking at two medicines, methotrexate and lenalidomide, to see which works best for people with severe skin lupus. Doctors want to see if these treatments can significantly reduce skin problems caused by lupus.
