The Multicentre Selective Lymphadenectomy Trial - 3

This study compares two ways to treat advanced melanoma that has spread to lymph nodes. After initial immune-boosting treatment, patients either have a small lymph node removed or all lymph nodes in the area removed. The goal is to see if the smaller surgery works just as well with fewer side effects.
