A Prospective, Observational, Single Centre Study to Assess the Feasibility of the Data Harvested by the Acorai Intracardiac Pressure Monitoring (ICPM) System in Predicting Prognosis in Patients Discharged From Hospital After Treatment for Acute Decompensated Heart Failure
This study is testing a new, easy-to-use device called the Acorai Heart Monitor. It hopes to measure heart pressures from outside your body, helping doctors understand heart failure better and predict how patients might do after leaving the hospital. This could make monitoring safer and simpler.

Bioimpedance Integration for Optimized Fluid Management in Decompensated Heart Failure
This study looks at whether a special fluid measurement tool, Bioimpedance Analysis (BIA), can help doctors better manage fluid in people with heart failure who are in the hospital. The goal is to see if using BIA reduces readmissions and the need for extra treatment.
