Path Active Multicentre Randomised Controlled Trial (Previous Pilot: Path Active; Safety and Tolerability Study)
This study tests smart insoles designed to prevent foot ulcers in people with diabetes. The insoles track foot temperature and pressure, alerting users and doctors to potential problems. We're comparing these insoles to standard care in 120 high-risk individuals over 12 weeks.

Extracorporeal Shockwave Therapy for Diabetic Foot Ulcers
This study looks into a new treatment called shockwave therapy for difficult-to-heal foot sores caused by diabetes. We want to see if sound waves can help these sores heal faster and better, and if it's good value for money. We're testing different strengths of the treatment.
