Open-label, safety, tolerability and proof of concept study to evaluate the use of ANXV (recombinant human Annexin A5 protein) in the treatment of patients with either Diabetic Retinopathy or recent onset Retinal Vein Occlusion

This study is testing a new medicine, ANXV, for people with certain eye conditions like diabetic eye disease or recent blood clots in the eye, to see if it's safe and how well it works. It's an early stage trial to understand the medicine better.
