LoW Dose-Intensity vs. Standard Dose-Intensity COntinuous Renal ReplaceMent Therapy in Critically Ill Patients (WISDOM)
The WISDOM trial is looking into how much dialysis critically ill patients with severe kidney problems need. It compares the usual amount of dialysis with a lower amount to see if less is just as good, safer, and maybe even better for recovery and hospital costs.

Sodium Accumulation Study in Haemodialysis: Brain Study
This study uses a new brain scan to measure salt levels in people on dialysis. High salt can cause problems like high blood pressure. We want to see how salt in the brain is linked to memory and thinking issues in dialysis patients.

WISDOM UK: Low Dose-intensity Versus Standard Dose-intensity CRRT in Critically Ill Patients
This study looks at treating severe kidney problems in intensive care. We're comparing two ways to do a blood cleaning treatment (dialysis) to see if a lower intensity dose works as well and is as safe as the usual dose. This helps us find the best care for patients needing kidney support.
