This study looks at a medicine called osimertinib (also known as Tagrisso) for a type of lung cancer with a specific gene change (EGFR mutation). We want to see how well it shrinks tumours and helps people live longer, while also checking if it's safe.

This study is for people with a specific type of lung cancer that has stopped responding to treatment. Researchers are testing a new drug, Izalontamab Brengitecan, against standard chemotherapy to see which works better at controlling the cancer and helping people live longer.
