This study looks at whether a single dose of rituximab can prevent serious health problems in adults who receive a kidney transplant. Specifically, it focuses on stopping a common virus (Epstein-Barr Virus) from causing issues in patients who haven't had it before, but whose donated kidney carries the virus.
