This study looks at how well penile implants work for men with erectile dysfunction. Doctors will collect information from many hospitals across Europe over 10 years to understand the long-term effects and improve treatment for this condition.

A multicenter, prospective clinical TRrial evaluating patient’s ability to make an independent and safe decision regarding the USe of the medicinal product Sildenafil Polpharma100 mg indicated in the Treatment of erectile dysfunction. TRUST Trial on Responsible Use and Self-assessed Treatment.
This study, called TRUST, is looking at how well men with erectile dysfunction can decide for themselves if a 100mg sildenafil tablet, like MAXIGRA, works for them and is safe to use without a doctor's immediate guidance. It aims to see if they can use it effectively for sexual activity.
