A Study Evaluating the Efficacy and Safety of Giredestrant Combined With Palbociclib Compared With Letrozole Combined With Palbociclib in Participants With Estrogen Receptor-Positive, HER2-Negative Locally Advanced or Metastatic Breast Cancer (persevERA Breast Cancer)
This study is testing a new combination of medicines, Giredestrant and Palbociclib, for advanced breast cancer. It's for people whose cancer is hormone-sensitive (ER-positive) but not HER2-positive. Researchers want to see if this new combination works better and is safer than a standard treatment.

A Study Evaluating the Efficacy and Safety of Giredestrant Compared With Physician's Choice of Endocrine Monotherapy in Participants With Previously Treated Estrogen Receptor-Positive, HER2-Negative Locally Advanced or Metastatic Breast Cancer (acelERA Breast Cancer)
This study looks at a new drug, giredestrant, for advanced breast cancer that's grown despite previous treatments. It compares giredestrant to standard hormone treatments to see if it's safe and works better for patients with ER-positive, HER2-negative cancer.
